  When I called the guy that worked. There...at the store.. first, he answered the business phone and he said hello... and I was confused if I had called The citgo station ... or any business at all! Then I went on to ask him is this the citgo gas station.. and I thought he was having a hard time speaking English and understanding my English as well ... but I realize by the end of the conversation that he really wasn't even trying at all to speak it or even understand it and tell you the truth I don't think I got a bit of a problem understanding what I was saying to him and I know he could speak it pretty well to.... by the end of the conversation I just realized that he was being very lazy and he did not want to do his job... so he was just calling this done acting like he didn't know what to say or what I was saying... and that's too bad that where is customer service like that there ... I'll be the first one to say this to the manager or owner that it is very rude of an employee to do that and it is very crucial towards their business.... and I will not tolerate it and I'm not going to drive out of my way to go to that gas station out of all of the other ones around it... when I am going to get treated disrespectfully and not receive even an ounce of the customer service that I should be and it's too bad because I did like this gas station but because of these few over the top rude and so down right lazy employees.... I will not the going there again... as well as I will let everybody know of the crappy customer service they will receive By going there...... and I highly recommend everybody to go to a different gas station there is many around that area and there are many employees at the other gas stations that like their job or if they don't like it they still pretend to like it.... and not be rude to the customers or just leave you hanging on the phone I'm just not answer you back until you finally get so frustrated you just say okay bye... so I strongly encourage people to not waste their time or their money, that they have worked hard for, at this citgo station! It's too bad and I hope the owner or the manager read this review and understand how terrible that their employees customer service, and just how much it just makes us upset... and not want to come bak there again.... personally it just makes me sick...n that company should definitely fire in hire .... would not recommend anybody to go to this gas station for anything!
